Terms of Use

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You may use Elanvelle only for lawful, personal reading. Automated scraping, account sharing, interference with the service, and attempts to bypass paid access are prohibited.

An account is required to purchase a book, subscribe, save reading progress, or post comments. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

A one-time purchase grants the purchasing account personal access to the selected digital book while Elanvelle operates and the account remains in good standing. It does not transfer copyright or permit redistribution, resale, recording, copying, or public display of the book.

Unlimited is a recurring monthly subscription. The displayed price and renewal timing are shown before checkout. The plan renews automatically until canceled. Cancellation can be scheduled from Account Settings and stops future renewals while access continues through the paid period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Elanvelle does not receive or store complete card numbers. Taxes, if required, may be calculated or collected at checkout. A failed or reversed payment may pause paid access until the account is brought current.

Reader comments must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or infringe another person's rights. Elanvelle may remove comments or restrict accounts to protect readers and the service.

Elanvelle stories, artwork, branding, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. Features and catalog availability may change. If a purchased title becomes permanently unavailable, Elanvelle will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the refund policy and applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elanvelle does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
