Privacy Notice

Elanvelle receives account identifiers, email address, profile details supplied by your sign-in provider, books in your library, reading progress, subscription status, and comments you choose to post. Technical logs may include device, browser, IP address, request time, and error information.

Stripe processes checkout and card details. Elanvelle receives transaction identifiers, purchased product, amount, payment status, and limited billing information needed to grant access, handle refunds, and reconcile the account. Complete card numbers are not stored by Elanvelle.

Information is used to authenticate readers, deliver purchased or subscribed content, remember reading progress, display comments, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Elanvelle currently relies on Supabase for authentication, Stripe for payments, and the site hosting platform for delivery and operational storage. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Account and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security.

You may cancel a subscription from Account Settings. Requests to access, correct, or delete account information can be submitted through Support. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where law requires.

Elanvelle is not intended for children under 13. This notice may be updated as the service changes. Material changes will be dated and, when appropriate, communicated to account holders.

Privacy requests may be submitted through Reader Support. This notice may be updated when Elanvelle's services or legal obligations change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
